The 2009 Taste of Charlotte will in Uptown Charlotte on 6.5.2009 and will end on 6.7.2009.  Admission to Taste of Charlotte is free and guests can purchase coins at one of the many coin booths.

Many resturants will be there including Black Finn, Dixie’s Tavern, Flat Rock Grille, Bombay Cuisine, Fuel Pizza and many more!

May 2009 Uptown Charlotte Condos Report!

There were 65 properties on the market with an average list price of $354,269

0 properties were contingent
8 property were conditional.
12 properties were pending.

There were a total of 7 properties sold for an average of $194,271 and were on the market for an average of 91 days.  The average list price for these units were $201,342.

There were 22 properties withdrawn and 14 expired listings.

The 7 units that were sold for the month were located at Court 6 Condos, 2 units at Courtside Condos, Gateway Plaza Condos, Fifth and Poplar Condos, The Avenue Condos and 715 North Church Condos.
